Description:
The workshop teaches the basics of using command line software to analyze NGS data such as RNA-seq and ChIP-seq.
We cover NGS workflow, general data analysis pipeline, short read alignment software, general workflow for DNA-seq, RNA-seq and ChIP-seq and corresponding software resources. We also cover popular pipeline for RNA-seq as well as R based statistical analysis of gene expression.
Prerequisite: Introduction to Linux
